Loosely buckle the top strap around the headrest.

(Optional) - Take the bottom two straps and feed them around the bottom rails or other attachment points underneath your seat. Buckle and half-tighten but keep somewhat loose.

Tighten the top strap to desired tension or until snug. Further tighten bottom straps if preferred, keep in mind this may change as you adjust your seat position.
