Live on Kickstarter
On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, also known as "hometown bar night," we launched our first Kickstarter for our flagship product, the Rambl Gear Organizer.
After threes years of sketching, sewing, testing, breaking, fixing, and refining, we were ready to bring our product to the world.
Why Kickstarter?
Kickstarter gives us a chance to share the story, show the product in action, and offer early-backer pricing for the folks who are rooting on Rambl since the beginning.
This is a limited 10-day campaign, and early backers will ship this year. The gear is already built and ready to roll. This isn’t a generic import or a half-thought-out trunk caddy. This is purpose-built storage for people who live life out of their vehicles.
Everything has a purpose. Nothing is over-designed. It’s simple, rugged, and ready for adventure.
Back Now On Kickstarter
Below is a recap of our Kickstarter campaign:
Brand Intro - Rambl Gear
Storage for Life on the Move - We build organization tools for people who live life on the road. Our mission is to make durable, made in the USA, vehicle organization products to sort stow and access your gear when you need.
Whether you're an avid outdoors-person chasing your pursuit, or a mom wrangling gear for kiddos, we help you keep everything in its place so you're ready for your next adventure.

Core Idea: Sort, Stow, Access
Gear. Sorted. After a lifetime of road trips through the American West, climbing mountains in Colorado, desert hiking in Utah, and fishing in Wyoming and Montana, we were spending long days outside and coming back to crash in a tent or in the back of our car. All the gear we were carrying ended up splattered across the backseat or trunk, unsorted with no rhyme or reason.
We wanted a system that kept essentials exactly where they belong, while still accessible, organized, and without cramming up space. The Rambl Gear Organizer was born for those who treat their vehicle like basecamp on their way to the next adventure.
Made to Hang: Car Seat, Garage, or at Camp
The gear organizer mounts to your car seat, and stays put while keeping gear secure on the bumpiest roads. It also works great hanging on a hook in a garage or mud room.
Reinforced stress points, easy to install buckles, and weight suspension system keeps all your gear off the floor and ready for access.

Early Backers - Shipping by End of Year
Years of product development. Dozens have been sent out and tested in the field. Now, we've received our second production run from our manufacturer and are ready to ship these out this December.
Early backers of the gear organizer will have their product shipped by end of year. And we're taking orders for Spring 2026.
Product Design
After years in the outdoor industry, we met world-class product designers and developers that helped bring this product to life. The result is a feature-loaded, highly functional, flagship product that is entirely made in the United States.
Design Principles
- Everything in its place. Building off the French culinary saying, mise en place, we believe a smooth operation in the field starts with preparedness and knowing where your ingredients are.
- Intentional storage with just enough modularity. We believe too much user customization adds mental complexity, so we designed each feature with a clear purpose. Clip-in loops, large storage compartments, and a VELCRO® accessory attachment panel gives you enough flexibility without being overwhelming.
- Built to hang. Mounts to your car seat, and stays put while keeping gear secure on the bumpiest roads. It also works great hanging on a hook in a garage or mud room.
Fabrics & Features
- Rugged, premium U.S-made fabrics include 500D CORDURA®, abrasion resistant Flex™ stretch fabric, and a quick-drying, breathable heavy duty mesh.
- VELCRO® quick-stick attachment area keeps your sunglasses holster and accessories handy.
- Two main compartments with divider bear spray pocket. 8L storage capacity.
- Four stretch-flex pockets keep smaller items sorted. 1L each.

Fully Made in the USA
One thing that's been on our list for awhile is to make a product that is fully made in the United States. Manufacturing locally lets us build faster, communicate clearly, and support craftspeople and factories we can actually visit and build a lasting relationship with.
Driving the open road on a road trip with vast landscapes in the window is also a uniquely American experience. We wanted to capture that with a US supply chain that stretches from the vast river valleys of Montana to the mills on the northeast coast.

For Life on the Road
This organizer, and all of our future products, are purpose-built for vehicles. The organizer mounts cleanly on a headrest, stays out of the way of passengers in the backseat, and creates storage where there wasn’t any.
Fits any vehicle with adjustable headrests. Works well on both front or back of car seat. Bottom straps secure around seat rails or hook underneath seat. If not in use they're easy to tuck away.
It gives you a dedicated home for the things you reach for constantly: sunglasses, knives, snacks, fishing gear, notebooks, charging cables, first aid, dog bags, trail maps. All in one place, not under your seat.
